Refund policy

Lyore's Era offers easy 7-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after item inspection. Items that are worn, washed, without tags, or marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Manufacturing defects are covered with a full refund and free return pickup.
