Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Eid, Navratri, etc.), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We will communicate any delays proactively via email and SMS.

Packaging

Every Lyore's Era order is packed with care in our signature packaging — designed to protect your garment and arrive as a gift-worthy experience. Delicate and embroidered pieces are individually wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a branded box. We use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please photograph any damaged packaging before opening, as this helps us resolve the issue faster.
