How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us Within 7 Days
WhatsApp us at our support number or email support@lyoresera.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and reason for return.
We Arrange Pickup
Our team will schedule a free pickup from your address within 1–2 business days. You don’t need to visit any courier office.
Item Inspection
Once we receive your item, our quality team inspects it within 2–3 business days to confirm it meets return eligibility criteria.
Refund or Exchange Processed
For returns: your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For exchanges: your new size is dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving the original item.

Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are free on your first request per order. Simply WhatsApp us with your order number and the size you need. We will arrange pickup of the original item and dispatch the new size as soon as we receive it. Subject to availability of the requested size.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please photograph it immediately and WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at absolutely no cost to you.
