Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select pincodes. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders above ₹1,999. Orders below ₹1,999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by visiting our Track My Order page or contacting us on WhatsApp.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across all major pincodes in India. International shipping is coming soon. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer easy 7-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact and in original packaging. To initiate a return, simply WhatsApp us at our support number or email us at support@lyoresera.com within 7 days of delivery.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Size exchanges are our most common request and we make it simple. WhatsApp us with your order number and the size you need. We will arrange a pickup of the original item and dispatch the new size as soon as we receive it. Exchanges are free on your first request per order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 2–3 business days after pickup), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and bank transfer refunds are typically faster.

What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Sale items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are also non-returnable. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide before ordering. Each product page also includes the model’s measurements and the size she is wearing. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Our WhatsApp team is always happy to help you choose the right size.

Do your sizes run true to size?

Our sizes are designed for Indian body proportions and generally run true to size. However, fit can vary slightly by style — kurtas with a relaxed silhouette may feel roomier, while fitted styles may feel more structured. Always check the size chart on the product page for exact measurements.

Can I request a custom size?

We currently offer standard sizes XS through XXL. Custom sizing is available on select styles for an additional charge. Please WhatsApp us before placing your order to check availability for your specific measurements.

Product & Fabric

Are your fabrics authentic?

Absolutely. We source directly from certified weavers, fabric mills, and artisan cooperatives across India. Every product listing specifies the exact fabric composition, weave type, and region of origin. We do not use synthetic substitutes or mislabelled fabrics.

How do I care for my Lyore's Era garment?

Care instructions vary by fabric. Detailed care instructions are printed on the label inside every garment and listed on each product page. As a general rule: silk and embroidered pieces should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cold water with a gentle detergent. Cotton and linen pieces can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. Never tumble dry or bleach.

Will the colours look the same as in the photos?

We photograph all our pieces in natural light to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration differences. If you are unsure about a colour, please WhatsApp us and we can share additional photos or a fabric swatch.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes. All online payments are processed through a 100% secure, encrypted payment gateway.

Is it safe to shop on Lyore's Era?

Yes, completely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details. Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties.

Can I pay in instalments (EMI)?

Yes. EMI options are available on orders above ₹2,999 through select credit cards and Buy Now Pay Later services at checkout. Available EMI options will be displayed at the payment step based on your card and bank.
